The Red Desert Roundup Parade Committee will be sponsoring the 12th annual 5K run before the start of the parade on Saturday, July 28, 2012. The run will begin at 9:00 A.M. Participants will be charged a $15.00 entry fee. Participants will receive a t-shirt and medals will be awarded in the following categories:
12 and under - male and female
13 -
18 - male and female
19 - 29 - male and female
30 - 39 - male and female
40 - 49 - male and female
50 - 59 - male and female
60 and over - male and female |
Participants may pick up an entry form from the Rock Springs Chamber of Commerce or print out and complete the form below. Completed entry forms need to be returned to the Chamber by Friday, July 20. Participants may pick up their t-shirt from the Rock Springs Chamber of Commerce when completed entry forms are returned. If you have any questions, contact Peggy Little at 382-5735.
Route: The route will begin at the Courthouse (top of C Street). The course will head north on C Street to Broadway and proceed left on Broadway to Walnut Street. Left on Walnut Street to Blair Avenue, Right at the Belt Route and over the overpass. Right on Dewar Drive, which turns into Center and right on Grant Street to the Judge's Stand. STAY ON THE SIDEWALK ALL THE WAY.
